SHIPPING POLICY
JUDO JEWELRY ships most items insured with
USPS or UPS!!! We also require a signature on some items. If
you would like your item shipped Fed Ex let us know at the time of your order!

of all of our items we make to order. If you choose UPS next day
shipping you will not get your item the next day if it is an item that
needs to be created! Please contact us about "In Stock" items if you
need a next day order. Because high quality jewelry can't be rushed,
please allow approx. 2 - 6 weeks for delivery, however, most orders take approx. 1 week! If you have any questions about our shipping

We hope your purchase has exceeded your expectations. However, if you would prefer a refund (minus shipping, handling or insuring charges), you may return your item within 30 days of purchase (excluding custom orders). Please allow approximately 15 to 20 days for your refund. A $25 restocking fee will be charged on all returns (A different restocking will apply to ring orders)!
All returns require your receipt (or copy) and a Return Authorization Number (RA#). The RA# must first be obtained before any merchandise can be returned, otherwise returns will not be accepted.
We do not accept returns on any item that has been worn, altered or damaged in any way. We do not credit Shipping and Handling charges or insuring charges. Your total minus any restocking fee, shipping & Handling fee or insurance fee is the amount we will refund.
Please know your ring size!!! Most jewelry stores will size your finger! If you order the incorrect ring size Judo Jewelry will re-size your ring. The charge for Silver rings is $35(PER SIZE) to size up and $25 to size down. The charge for Gold rings is $45(PER SIZE) to size up and 35 to size down.
Due to the time Judo Jewelry must provide to handcraft your ring orders we must charge a $59 restocking fee on all gold ring returns and $39 restocking fee on all silver ring returns. All custom orders are non-refundable and no exchanges will be given.
Judo Jewelry is not responsible for losses or damages sustained in transit. In these cases, it must be reported to the carrier.
